During the creation of the targets 'images binaries bundles' there is
a lot of copying of files and creating repositories using jar, tar and
zip. When this occurs it should be done in the non-verbose or quiet
mode so as to not generate long lists of files which clutter the logs.

The exeception, however, is where a short list of files is being filtered,
and the list of files actually copied may be an important diagnostic.
