Our current method of how we'll include JSSE javadocs into merlin
is to strip out the code of the .java files, and leave the
resulting javadoc code intact. These stripped files will then be checked into
the merlin gate, and the merlin javadoc build path must be updated
with the new files. Note, the .class files will be bogus,
so they should never be built with javac.
Alan and co. have built the javadoc doclet to do this, this
needs to be run and the resulting files checked into the gate.
