Several of my students with Windows Millennium Edition have been unable to
download and install the software. The one from whom I got the clearest symptom-
description says he downloaded the file, it showed up on his hard drive, he
double-clicked it, and nothing happened. The same student had no trouble
downloading and installing the software on his roommate's Windows/98 system.

MESSAGE- the execution program is corrupted, you need to get another copy of it

I've got Windows ME
I downloaded SDK 2 for Windows 95 - NT
as many 1.5 M bits
I cannot even start installation!!!
Message says - the EXE is corrupted
I tried to dounload it again, but it does not help
