All of the components in the window doesn't show up

      Tested on Redhat Linux 6.1 and NT4 SP 6 Japanese.

      All of the components in DebugGraphicstest.java doesn't show up when it is invoked.

      jdk1.3.0 is passed.

      Repro Steps:

      Run DebugGraphicsTest.java under testet/awt/swing of Fujitsu testsuite.
      You will see that all of the component doesn't show up.
