The Application using the 2DGraphics are crashing out with A Hotspot VM error and a core Dump on The Sparc Solaris 8 when the 64 bit build is used to run the Application

The Test case is the J2DBench Test which is available in the

/net/sqesvr/export/2d/Merlin_2d_ws/J2DBench

In Order to run the Tests
The following environment variable have to be set

JAVA_HOME
JAVA_FLAGS=d64 (for using the 64 bit build)

The command to run is

gnumake clean compile runauto

The error is thrown on both the Merlin b50 and b51
