The number of characters in the Java Runtime Parameters editbox negatively
affects the width of the Java Plug-in Control Panel.

To reproduce:
Start the Java Plug-in Control Panel.
Enter say a very long -classpath=<long path here> in the Java Runtime Parameters
editbox.
Click Apply.
Close the Control Panel.
Start up the Control Panel again.
Notice the Control Panel width is very wide (it can take up the whole screen if
enough characters are entered in the editbox).

This behavior is very ugly. The Control Panel width should not be affected by
what is entered in the editbox. Make the editbox scrollable or something.
