In a JTextArea inside a JScrollPane in the Win L&F, Ctrl-End (end of text)
and Ctrl-Home (start of text) no longer work, like they did in 1.3. PgUp
and PgDn still work.

This can be seen using the attached code Just modify viewfiles.txt to point to actual file(s) that contain enough text to show the scrollbar.
