On machine jtg-win2, (WinNT4sp5), with ladybird b14 -server flag, VolanoTest
failed in both parallel run ( 2:54 hours) and serial run (1:18 hours).
VolanoTest passed on Win2000 both serial run and parallel run with the same
build and flag.
