When compared with the release of 1.3.0 on Solaris, the
Merlin packages do not match with respect to content.

Many of the commands, libraries, and other objects
that exist in SUNWj3rt should be in SUNWj3dev.
(compare the pkgmap of SUNWj3rt for 1.3.0 against the
same package in 1.4)

Also, SUNWj3rt is a 32bit package. Any object under
sparcv9 should be in SUNWj3rtx (including the sparcv9
directory itself. Like wise between the 32bit SUNWj3dev
and it's 64bit counterpart, SUNWj3dvx.

This must be address before first integration into Solaris 9
or early delivery to any Solaris 9 consolidation prior to
said integration.
