FileDialog on solaris has two different boxes for Files and Directories.
But when we open dialog sometimes it displays directories both in
Directories box and in Files box. It is a bit confusing and disturb the
user selecting files.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the test case attached.
2. Click Load button, file dialog will appear. This is a file dialog
with a filter and it mostly displays no directories in Filelist box.
3. Close the dialog.
4. Clear the Filter field.
5. Click Load again, file dialog will appear
6. You will see that all the directories from Directory box are also in
Files box.

Any Solaris

Reproducible from:
For a long while. Currently Merlin b52 can be used to reproduce.
