Disabled MetalToggleButtonUI paints non-Metal disabled text

      If a MetalToggleButtonUI is disabled the painted text
      uses a shade to visualize the disabled state. This is
      the Basic look implementation. It should be Metal gray.

      This is due to incompatible signatures of method #paintText
      of classes MetalToggleButtonUI and BasicToggleButtonUI.
      Hence, MetalToggleButtonUI#paintText is not reachable.
