Steps to Reproduce:

1) Launch SwingSet2 demo and select InternalFrames Demo.
2) Change L&F to Motif L&F.
3) Create a new frame by clicking on a button in 'Internal Frame Generator'
4) Minimize the new frame which you created
5) Now Restore the Minimized frame.
On Restoring, this new frame goes behind the existing frames (eventhough this frame is still selected)

Expected Result:
As in the other L&Fs, on Restoring the Frame should not go behind the existing frames.

This happens in all the platforms.
