mnemonic key and textarea does not work properly with merlin build 1.4.0-beta-b53 on Japanese Windows98,ME,2000. not occured on Windows95
and WindowsNT4.0.

mnemonic key and text area does not work is seen on after "Windows Style Look & Feel".


Reproduce to:
1, Launch up SwingSet2 demo, then will open Internal Frames Demo automatically.
2, Change the "Java Look & Feel" to "Windows Style Look & Feel".
3, Change the "Windows Style Look & Feel" to "Java Look & Feel" or "Motif Look & Feel".
4, mnemonic key function does not work. Push Alt + F or L or T.
5, Text area does not editable that written text as default "Frame"
   in higher-right corner window.
