Some characters are not showed in Swing components when using a Spanish keyboard

The characters "[" and "{" are not showed in a Swing component when using a
Spanish keyboard.
This bug was already present in version 1.3.0 (and 1.3.0_01), but the number of
characters that were not working was bigger.

This bug makes imposible to use Forte (or Netbeans) for example...
