If a servant is implemented with the old ImplBase skeletons then if a reference is created and put into naming. Then a colocated client looks up the reference in naming. What is returned is a direct pointer to the servant, not a stub.

This causes calls to the IDL methods to not be orb mediated.

It also causes calls to succeed even if the servant has been disconnected.
