Stanley will pass Calvin/Lalini the changes in installer (to be
       implemented in Ladybird and update releases) to handle the
       following situations:
       1. remove the npjava*.* files first with new install
       2. prevent OJI from being installed in Moziller directory
       3. Install the lates OJI for Netscape 6.
