The IIOWriteProgressListener interface contains sequenceStarted and
sequenceComplete methods that have become obsolete with the removal of
one of the ImageWriter.write methods that took an Iterator of images.

  The ImageWriter methods processSequenceStarted and processSequenceComplete
should also be removed.
