High levels Swing components such as JFileChooser, ProgressMonitor and
JColorChooser (and possibly others) should be localized/internationalized
(french, german, ...) or should allow easy customization by sub-classing in
order to provide support for other languages than english.

Eg: using a french locale and/or setting within the operating system, these
components are always displayed in english.

Note that IBM' JDK/JRE implementation already has a localized/internationalized
support of these components.
