Cannot turn off "Enhanced Applet Progress Reporting". On the main pane of our
java applet, we see alot of certificate relate information, when it is loading,
and we would like to be able to turn this debug information off. It doesn't
look very good, and the end user doesn't need to see this info, unless we are
debugging this in development.
