Resizing Netscape Browser when a applet
using Java Plug-in Causes the applet to reload and
this is not the same behaviour on windows.
(Netscape refreshes even with plain
HTML page withoutany applets) .But,Here Resize of the Browser also
sometimes causes the Browser to crash with
Message PLUGIN-ERROR this may take 2 -3 trials to reproduce.

To reproduce the Porblem:

1.Install Java Plug-in Merlin build 54
2.Run the Swing set applet from the Following location.
  
  http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html
3.Resize the browser when applet is loaded or while the applet is loading
  it crashes the browser.

This is reproducable on Solairs and IA
