It is totally changing the text which it shoudn't be. I am attaching two gif files and a unicode file which is used as input. you can feel the difference in two gif files that the text is changing in drawglyphvector.gif file, actually it shouldn't. The input file which I have used is attached to reproduce the bug.
drawGlyphVector() of 2D does not support unicode rules for Devnagari Glyphs.
