          Netscap 6.01 (Was unable to use the commercial build NS6.01 as .gz installation was not not successfull)

To reproduce the problem :

1. Install Java Plugin Merlin Build 54
2. Run File HTTPS test cases from

 http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_https.html

Result : The Browser hangs, it tries to launch the certificate verification popup dialog box and hangs,
