ComtrolPanel crash when inputting many characters to
"Java Runtime Parameters" input field.

Tested with merlin build 1.4.0-beta-b55 on Sparc Solaris.
This behavior occurs on Sparc Solaris, it is not seen on X86 Solaris
and RedHatLinux and Windows.


Steps to reproduce:
1, Launch up $JAVAHOME/solsparc/jre/bin/ControlPanel
2, Input any characters into "Java Runtime Parameters" area (JRE
   runtime parameters field).
3, Input characters with holding key about 8-10 seconds, ControlPanel
   will disappear.
4, Belows are log after crash.
