TreeModel.getIndexOfChild javadoc might need return value defined for non-child

      Javadoc doesn't describe what happens if child parameter is not really
      a child of the parent object. Should perhaps define this or indicate that the
      behavior is undefined if this is the intent.

      The javadoc also does not define parameters which is the doc standard.

      Seen in JDK 1.3 online docs at javasoft.com
