      Applet Tag is not recognised in Netscape 6.01 with the Merlin Build 54, 55 tested on windows NT & windows 2000.

      To reproduce the problem :
      1. Install Java Plug-in Merlin Biuld 54 or Build 55
      2. Run the following Applet tag test cases in Netscape 6
