The Windows look and feel uses some special hooks to use native
menu animation (sliding, etc.) if available on the OS (98/2000/ME/..).
Unfortunately due to AWT's paint model (won't paint until the window
shows) the animation doesn't look quite right (it animates then paints,
instead of paints then animates). Therefore, this feature should be
turned off by default until the issues are resolved.
