I'm getting the following error when installing to my C: drive. An error dialog pops up about 75% of the way into the installation process with the following message:

An error occurred during the move data process: -115
Component: Program Files
File Group: lib
File: C:\jdk1.4\dt.jar

I have tried doing a clean install, but it produces the same error. This only happens on my C: drive, which has 500 MB free space. If I install to my D: drive, which has nearly 12 gigs free space, there is no problem.
