There are needless Japanese man pages for Linux, ja_JP.PCK and ja_JP.UTF-8.
The man page structure for Japanese is the same as Solaris one, not for Linux.
For Japanese linux, the man page structure will be as follows.

ja -> ja_JP.eucJP
