While running the swing benchmark I encounterd the following problem
for which i have included the output and a pointer to the core files.

Hotspots clientVM is the default JVM on s81_34 and fails.

The benchmark executed fine with the server VM and also with java 1.2 from /usr/java1.2/bin on the same machine and on the same build.

OS release : s81_34
Arch : sun4m

the cores are available via anonymous ftp from irperf.ireland and are in the hotspot_swing directory.
