Clicking on 'RemoveAllFilesFilter' button doesn't remove 'All Files(*.*)' option from 'FIles of type:' list.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch FileChooser Demo on Linux Redhat 6.2 or Solaris Sparc2.7.
2) Click 'ShowFileChooser' button to open FileChooser dialog.
3) In the Dialog which opens, 'Files of Type:' list has 'All Files(*.*)' selected by default.
4) Close the dialog by hitting 'Cancel' button.
5) Click on the 'RemoveAllFiles Filter' button and then again hit 'ShowFileChooser' button to open the Dialog.
6) Notice the 'FIles of Type:' list still has 'All Files(*.*)' selected by default.
Expected Result: 'All Files(*.*)' should be removed from 'Files of Type:' list after the 'Remove AllFiles Filter' button has been clicked.
