This happens on both Windows and Solaris.
Step to reproduce:
- On windows (suggest you use a clean machine w/o any JRE installed),
install J2RE Merlin B58.
- After installation, launch the Java Web Start from the desktop.
- Due to another bug, you have to wait around 3-5 mins (JWS will hang
during this time) untill all 4 icons are displayed in window.
- Now select File -> preference.
- 1) Click Java tab, click 'Find' button, now a FileChooserUI should
be popped up, but it didn't.
2) Click Advance tab, enable logging, clcik 'choose log file', now
a FileChooserUI should be popped up, but it didn't.
