Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the JDK
2.) invoke the HTMLConverter
3.) Type this command on the terminal for help

java -cp htmlconv1_4_0.jar HTMLConverter -help

RESULT :
Usage: java -jar htmlconv1_3_1.jar [-option1 value1 [-option2 value2 [...]]]
[-simulate] [filespecs]

Result : It displays htmlconv1_3_1.jar instead of htmlconv1_4_0.jar
