Steps to Reproduce :

1.Install Java Plug-in engennering build from
  /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.eng.032901

2. Invoke IE Browser and Load any applet to load the plugin, for eg :
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/autotests/mimetypes/testcases/Test_13.html

3.) Kill the browser

Result : After the browser is killed the java Console is still active

Also due to this all the ATF tests running on this configuration are failing
