Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the Merlin Plugin from /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/linux.eng.032901

2.) set $NPX_PLUGIN_PATH to /<home>/<usr>/jre/plugin/i386/ns4

3.) Restart the Netscape browser twice

4.) Run the BAT test from
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_bat.html

The applets in Plugin BAT test suite failed to load.
When I click on Help-> About-Plug-ins, nothing was displayed on the browser. The Java Console did show up when I tried to execute the BAT test suite.
