Java Plug-in uninstall doesn't remove cache/properties files

    Description

      When Java Plug-in 1.3.1 and 1.4 are removed on windows
      (Control Panel / Add Remove Programs ) doesn't remove the
      Java Plug-in version specific files

      1. USER_HOME/.java/properties<version>
      2. USER_HOME/.java/jpicert<version>
      3. USER_HOME/java_plugin_AppletStore/<version>/jar

      These files should be removed by the uninstall program
      as a part of uninstallation of Java Plug-in.For a
      clean install user needs to delete these files
      manually.
