Getting text info for the last character in Notepad fails (perhaps all text?).

Steps:

 1. Launch Notepad demo, type some text into it
 2. Launch JavaFerret, and turn on caret property change event tracking
 3. Use arrow keys to move the caret to the end of the text
 4. Notice that you do not get line info for the line the caret is on when
    the caret is on the last element of text.
