Steps to Reproduce:

1) Launch Stylepad Demo.
2) Click on 'Create A New File' button to create a new file.
3) Enter some text in line 1 of the new file.
4) Enter some text in line 3.
5) Now start entering some text in line 2. On reaching the end of line 2, text will wrap to line 3. Notice that as text wraps to line 3 and you keep on entering text, the existing text which was there in line 3 starts disappearing.

This occurs on all the platforms.

I noticed that on refreshing the Stylepad window (by bringing some other window over Stylepad window and then bringing the focus back to Stylepad window) the text which had disappeared comes back on the window.

This problem started in Merlin b42.
