The Release Notes for the Most Recent 1.3 Version link in the docs/index.html file
points to href="../ReleaseNotes.html" which doesn't appear to be part of the documentation
bundle nor the solsparc distribution.

Perhaps this is a result of mixing the zipped version of the documentation with the
Solaris binary; but since the index.html file claims the release notes are on
the website...
