JScrollBar: minor incompatibility with native scrollbar

      Click in the "grey area" between the thumb and an arrow-button. The thumb
      properly slides toward the clicked spot while the view properly scrolls. But,
      once the thumb reaches the clicked spot, the JScrollBar is no longer consistent
      with native MS Windows. As long as the mouse remains down, if the user drags
      to another "grey area" the thumb/view will keep scrolling in native Windows,
      but not in a JScrollBar. So the JScrollBar should keep tracking the mouse for
      the duration of the mouse-down, scrolling the thumb & view appropriately, and
      not stop the first time it "catches up with" the mouse.
