When we give java -version in Linux,
the command displays the version and then hangs ..
Its not coming back to command prompt ..
Reproducable
------------
From Build 57
Platforms\Versions
------------------
Linux Caldera
Linux Turbo
Linux Redhat 6.2 \ 7.0
(I did not try in other versions)
Output
------
[root@awt-sqe5 /root]# java -version
java version "1.4.0-beta"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0-beta-b60)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.0-beta-b60, mixed mode)
No exception thrown ...
It displays the version, and then hangs without coming back to command prompt
Working fine in builds before Build 57
This has affected the testing, in which the scripts use java -version in them
