With decorated frames calling setExtendedState(Frame.MAXIMIZED_BOTH) results in
horizontal maximization under sawfish. All other native windows under this
window manager maximize in both directions. Attached is a test case to
reproduce this. Maximization works as expected under Windows.

Note that there is no documentation in java.awt.Frame explaining what happens if
a frame does not get set to the expected state. There should be something
touching on this area.
