(with java version "1.3.0")

(with included JRE 1.3.0_02)
Tested environment:
Windows 95 (Traditional Chinese)
Solaris 8 zh_TW.UTF-8
Problem found:
On Solaris 8 zh_TW.UTF-8 locale, no applications are displayed in JaWS application manager. Also, the fields "Made By", "Home Page", "Description" are empty as well. These applications can be seem when invoking from English locale with the same jaws installation. (% env LANG=C ./javaws)
On T.Chinese Windows 95, these applications show up correctly.
