/usr/dt/bin/sdtaudiocontrol in CDE1.5 has been built with JDK1.4Beta55
when it is run again JDK 1.4Beta59, the display is till not refresh
correctly.
Steps to produce the screen shot (sdtaudiocontrol_seen.gif)

- run /usr/dt/bin/sdtaudiocontrol on S9_37
- Select the View menu
- Check on Application Controls option
- The Window pane should be opened up, instead it only shows a small part of
the left edge.
- The image should look like sdtaudiocontrol_shouldbe.gif when it works.
