Cannot displayed korean characters on Solaris 7 ko.UTF-8

      Tested environment: JDK1.2.2-07, Solaris 2.7 x86/sparc, ko.UTF-8,
      Tested bundle: javaws-1_0_1-fcs-bin-b15-solx86-int-16_apr_2001.zip

      Korean characters cannot be displayed on "Java Web Start Application Manager", and user cannot input korean characters on any text field.

      it is o.k. on Solaris 2.8 /ko.UTF.
