Happens in build 61 of merlin-beta.
It doesn't happen in Ladybird or 1.3, though.

Run the spreadsheet demo applet
Select one of the cells in the spreadsheet.
Resize the applet.
The applet will not redraw.
Click in the applet.
Now it redraws.
