Problem found:
can't display S.Chinese for application manager, java web console and other dialog windows at windows 2000 (S.chinese), only title tar can dispaly local string. see attachment.

this problem does not exist on jre1.3. as described in "evaluation", if the final result is that java wet start can't display s.chinese on windows2000/s.chinese with installation of jre1.2.2, we should have a notice of this problem in (maybe) release notes of java web start?
