Tested bundle:
javaws-1_0_1-fcs-bin-b16-win-int-19_apr_2001.exe

Tested environment:
Windows 95 (S.Chinese)/Netscape4.51/JRE 1.2.2

Problem found:
some unlocalized words display on application manager for S.chinese on windows 95.
1. preferences -> root certifications -> certification path -> import & export dialog are not localization
2. advance -> clear cache -> "yes" and "no" button was unlocalized.
3. advance -> select log file name -> the dialog was unlocalized.
4. java -> search -> next -> unlocalized lable for "file name" & "file type".

these problems do not exist on window ME (S.Chinese).

for solaris, these problems also exist on:
/Solaris8 sparc/zh/netscape6/jdk1.2.2
/Solaris8 x86/zh.UTF8/netscape6/jdk1.3.0
