Tested bundle:
javaws-1_0_1-fcs-bin-b16-win-int-19_apr_2001.exe

Tested environment:
Windows ME (S.Chinese)/IE5.0/JRE 1.3

Problem found:
after create shortcuts on desktop and start menu for application, application manager failed to delete them immidiately when click "delete shortcut" menu item. only when user logout and login again, the shortcuts were disappeared.

for s.chinese, this problem only exist on Windows ME, and does not exist on W95 and W2K.


Problem reproduce:
1. start java web start application manager, launch a application.
2. after run a application, click create shortcut menu item of menu "Application", then the shortcut will be created on desktop and start menu, then this menu item will become delete shortcut
3. click delete shortcut menu item, will see this problem.
4. logout and re login, then the shortcut was deleted.
