After fixing the problem as described in bug 4419922, Customer started
seeing hangs with their application on IBM webphere using JDK122_08.
The hang was actually infinite loop in rewriteRefValConflict(). There is
no testcase to reproduce this problem, it happens with the citibank
application at customer site. We have already fixed the problem as described
in 4419922 for this customer. This is the second bug reported.
