Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Metalworks Demo on any Windows system.
2) Maximize the Metalworks window by clicking the Maximize button on the window.
3) Now try to Restore the size of the window by again clicking the Restore/Maximize button.
The window doesn't Restore to its original size. Whereas double clicking on the Titlebar of the Maximized window does Restore its size.
